The opportunity is a full time position
This position provides expert professional-level services in information technology (IT) for applications in ESD/ ITSD. You serve as the agency expert for the development and maintenance of a standard application architecture for ESD and may make commitments on behalf of ESD/ITSD. Coordinates the operations and enhancements of the application architecture for new and existing systems for ESD. Coordinates the operations and enhancements of the .Net programmer pool for use in prioritized projects for the Agency. This position provides consulting services to the department management and staff regarding application architecture policies. Develops budgets and plans for the acquisitions, implementations, and on-going operations of the .Net programmer pool.
Required qualifications
- Masters in Business Administration/masters in Computer Science or related field; at least eight years of progressive IT experience with a minimum of four years in Enterprise Application deployment within an IT organization.
- Five years of experience in designing and deploying Enterprise Solutions in a technical consulting environment.
- Three years of strong presentation development and delivery experience geared toward varying levels of management.
- Five years of experience with project management principles and tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
